Request data deletion online
Use our secure web form to submit a data deletion request. We will process it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Delete directly from the app
- Open the Settl app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Account
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted
Deletion begins immediately. You will receive a confirmation email.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Personal details (name, email, country, university)
- Relocation tasks, checklists, and progress
- AI Concierge conversation history
- Uploaded documents in your Document Vault
- Community posts and replies
What we may retain
We may retain certain anonymised or aggregated data and records required for legal, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes for up to 90 days after deletion. This data cannot be used to identify you.
