Is Settl free to download?

Yes. Settl is free to download on iOS and Android. Core features including the Personal Settlement Guide, task management, AI Concierge, and community are included in the free tier.

Which countries and universities does Settl support?

Settl supports international students from all countries moving to any UK university. Guidance is personalised based on your visa type, home country, and destination university.

Is my data secure in the Document Vault?

Yes. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you can access your vault — we cannot view the contents of your uploaded files.

Can I trust the AI Concierge for visa advice?

The AI Concierge provides helpful guidance and points you to official sources, but it is not a substitute for professional immigration advice. Always verify critical requirements with UKVI, GOV.UK, and your university's international office.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in-app via Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account, or use our data deletion page.

I've found a bug or something isn't working. What do I do?

Email admin@joinsettl.com with a description of the issue, your device type, and app version. Screenshots are helpful. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
